    The MAC is a completely different (worse) conference since then. The 17-18 team could probably win the MAC this year. I used OOC games as a benchmark indicator this year and they failed on all of them, then they DOMINATE a conference (IMO the MAC is on the same level as the horizon League) which is why I have reservations.

    The 17-18 season? Yeah maybe, that was my senior year at UA. I remember Ivey, Duviver , and Utomi were real players but don't remember much from that year outside of them

    Yeah, 12 teams is just too many. I'd be open to eight, but I'd prefer four or six (with two byes). Right now, it feels like the NFL, where mediocrity is rewarded. Strength of schedule should be the top criteria for consideration, just behind wins. Half of the Big Ten could have done what Indiana did this season with IU's schedule.

    Excited for the game tonight!! I think CMU has one of the better rosters in the very down-bad MAC but I like Akron at -8.5

    2nd RB committ in the portal, I assume this means we're out of the running for Hahsaun Wilson the Charlotte RB, I thought he had a lot of promise and potential. Not that Gant isn't a Dawg bc his accolades as a freshman RB are mighty impressive.
