When we were way up KD put in the bench team. I think that was a big mistake. We jumped out to a lead and stopped taking them seriously. Plus, the officiating is awful. What exactly did Tree do to rate TWO fouls? I didn't even see the first one. On replay, he was no place near anyone.

The MAC team with a real shot at an at large would be OU, due to their sweet sixteen run last year. So in my opinion, the MAC is on the radar for that reason and beating them twice would give us a real shot.

That does not seem right to me. There are other players who deserve to be honored as well as Zeke. But I am betting on POY. If Dambrot does not get Coach of the Year we should quit the MAC.

I was also thinking about whether Zeke will be First Team All American. If he goes in the first round (which I think will happen if he keeps playing the way he did the last two games) and is the only true center in the 1st, then he should be a lock on First Team All American.

Zeke should be a shoo-in for POY. His contributions on offense lately are just stunning. This team is lucky to be .500 without him. He is easily the MVP of the MAC. I think that between Zeke and DJ the honor will go to the team that wins the MAC. So if we keep it up, it should be Zeke. Winning will probably be the deciding factor.

I agree, I am seeing Tree at 20 and 10 just about every game. OR maybe 20 and 15 with Zeke gone. Because last night he was fighting Zeke for boards at times!

Remember those Buffalo State games with Randy Smith? For a small college team they were BIG. Randy Smith was the only "small" (6'3") player who could outjump Len Paul. He had hydraulic legs!

Very well said DIG I have been watching Zips hoops since Jerry Sloan (Tony Laterza) and of course the immortal Len Paul. Those were some heady days, we almost get the Div II (small college at the time) national championship. This team is special. It has totally come together, and this will end up being one of the great Zips years ever.
