  1. Since I took the suggestion from Capt K I think and emailed the AD on the link he provided, we have gotten sound, although it does have some issues. I also send a request to move the score strip to the bottom of the screen as it interferes with the action, they have not done that yet. It is light years ahead of when we had to pay for it and it never worked, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Now that we are into the MAC season, I am really into it!
  2. I know that one of the mods does not like it when I post about the feed, but hey, it is the only way that some of us can watch our zips. I have been using an Android table to throw it onto the TV over HDMI, since the TV gives a much better view than a computer screen. I notice that when I click "full screen" on the home game feeds, I have to adjust the TV down to 4:3 aspect. The feed yesterday was a true wide screen picture, although not HD (there was one that was HD, on ESPN360 I think). It made watching very nice indeed. The announcers were pretty bad, and just as partisan as Frenchie! But it was a good watching experience, even better because the Zips won going away!
  3. The video feed was very good - wide screen! And the audio was in synch and did not have a loud hum.
  4. Morning line is 12 1/2
  5. My physical therapist used the heat/ultra sound thing after my knee surgery. Personally I found the ice to be more of a pain killer and anti inflammatory, but you don't get quite as loose. Like I said, everyone is different. Use what works for you.
  6. In spite of a beatdown by Creighton and a couple of bad losses, we ARE 10-4. And we did beat MTS, which is a highly regarded team. Most of us wanted to be undefeated at this point, but not too shabby anyway. The addition of Pat F has been HUGE for us. I honestly think he is playing better than Zeke did as a freshman (of course, he is not a true freshman) and that puts us in the position that when Zeke goes out, Zeke comes in. That will be hard to counter for most MAC teams.
  7. Usually a few days after the injury they recommend heat. But I found that even months later I got more relief from ice, and my ortho confirmed that everyone is different and if ice is better use it. Just a thought.
  8. I know the game plan!!!!!!!!!!! We are going to confuse ourselves to victory.
  9. Two weeks? Good luck with that. I know he is young and athletic, but I had my knee scoped two years ago and no way I would be running two weeks later. But good luck, I hope he can do it.
  10. Ya think?
  11. And today we have dropped off the Top 100. Nothing like winning to screw up your season!
  12. But as I was told twice in the Coppin thread, losing to good teams does not make you good.
  13. That's a shame. He came in with a reputation of being a very good shooter.

  15. Have not seen him in a game lately. Is he suspended or benched?
  16. I eat my words, they are a cupcake. Lucky for us, that start was just awful. If we start like that against any team in the MAC we will be blown out before the half.
  17. The players need to understand that this is the last tune up before MAC play and they need to take it seriously. But as I stated earlier, this may be a losing team, but they have lost at least four times to top 100 teams, including #19, so don't take them too lightly. WE could lose to those same teams.
  18. And if that is the case, it should be a walk in the park.
  19. No, it means that losing to good teams does not mean you are horrible. If NIU football played all Big Ten teams this year, they might not have a winning record, yet they are obviously a good team.
  20. Ha Ha I hope you don't wind up eating those words.
  21. Actually they have played USC, Indiana, Iowa, St. Joes, Arizona State. Four top 100 teams. One could argue their OOC is tougher than ours. Don't take them all that lightly.
  22. Are those stats the fouls he personally called? I don't know how that relates to other officials, but it looks like he calls an entire game worth of fouls by himself. If that is the case, he should be fired.
  23. Our loss will the the NBA's gain. The way he is playing right now he is on the way. For the more or less first time in a Zips uniform, he looks coordinated. He moves to the basket and shoots with authority. THIS is the Zeke we have been waiting to see. If he did not get into foul trouble and plays 30 minutes, this is a blowout (no offense to Pat F., he is the up and coming Zeke).
  24. The first half the audio was OK, the second half I got the hum. And it was almost in synch with the internet radio feed, which was clean.
  25. Rebounding please.
