They make it sound like Jordan Miller isn't playing.Devoe is a redshirt freshman. Did he learn nothing last year?

The future looks great. So much of our core is Soph and Freshman. Imagine in 2 years having a soph. Zeke, a Junior Hitchens, A senior McNight, along with Nic, Bardo, McClanahan, McNees, Steward. Wow...

Yup, couldn't agree more. No matter who the opponent, Akron fans and players should go in with an optimistic attitude. That's what I like about this group of guys. During interviews that I've seen they all look and sound confident. I don't doubt their heart for one second, and I'm behind them 100%. You should be, too.Absolutely be optimistic. Bice was listed as a DL last year too. That is the same list as from last season. The only took out the seniors.There are some names on there that are no longer on the team and I am sure there are others missing too.I thought Pride transfered.Look at the sizes of the players, they haven't changed at all. Look at the player updates, they are all 2006-2007.

no, but they are nice! I'd love to see that model in person tho...It looks like these pics were taken in the Student Union in the 3rd floor offices.Those models are ourageously expensive. I while back I was looking at this model of a high end condo project that was being built and was told the cost of the model was over $30K.

Threet sucks. We have better on our roster. The only reason he played last year is because of Mallet transfering after DickRod took over and because they couldn't get any freshman to come there.

I am not sure I agree with your comment about a weakness at LB. Inexperience I would agree with.But I think we have quite a bit of young talent there.I think in the 3-4 they should leave Sewell at DE. He has bulked up quite a bit since he got here and probably isn't fast enough to be an OLB.

I am more excited about Martin than Devoe. He looks like a stud.
