    Word on the street is that Can't is not going to be signing anymore JC players for quite a while.

    If Elida makes the finals, you can watch the game on STO at 4:30pm Saturday.

    Both players named 1st team all state Div.II. McAdams was also named co-player of the year in D-II.

    Jake Kretzer and Waverly HS fell just short of the final 4, losing in the regional semi finals. Reggie McAdams and Elida HS won their regional championship and advance to the final 4. Both players were named player of the year in their respective regions.

    Both of our last 2 tournament appearances were essentially home games for our opponent. In Portland, the crowd was decidedly in favor of Gonzaga and it goes without saying that Notre Dame was playing on their home turf last year. Eventually the Zips will get a more favorable match up in the tourney and we will finally win one.(or2)

    Word on the street is that Can't is going to do a thorough house cleaning this offseason, so I'm thinking Matt might not fit into the new Can't program.

    Absolutely. See WMU or UCLA for examples of much worse. I have 3 kids who have participated in every kind of sport and have seen this on every team they have been on. Its just human nature.

    You've just described every team in every sport ever played. The Zips are not unique in having friction about playing time and other things relating to coaching decisions. There's always some parent who is sure their kid is the most talented, who knows more than the coach etc. etc.....

    Waverly and Elida are both in the hunt for a D2 championship. Kretzer and McAdams would meet in the semis in C-Bus.

    Every time we threw the ball down to the block last night OU went to a strong double team with a 3rd guy cutting off the reverse passing lane. It didn't matter who we threw it to, OU wasn't going to let us run our bread and butter offense. Some of our best offensive possessions in the second half were clear outs for Q and Chauncey.

    He pretty much sacrificed his game for the good of the team. Well deserved honor in my opinion.

    I sold a domain name that I owned for $10,000 a couple of years ago. It was for a project that never quite got off the ground. I paid $15 for it. Nice little return on my investment.

    4 guys from WMU in the top 20! With talent like that, they should have run the table.
