That's true. But Jackson has a veteran team that returns most of the starters from the team that won the Federal League championship last season. TD has played high level AAU ball the last few years also. I've watched a lot of HS basketball the last 3 years and he looks pretty advanced in regards to his age to me. Time will tell. BTW, nice strawman trying to relate anybody's performance in the 9th grade to Lebron's. I'm also pretty sure that without Lebron, Dru would have not been able to do a lot of the things he was able to pull off as a freshman. I think most of the teams that faced the Irish were more concerned with stopping Lebron than the little skinny guy without the ball.

Big win by the Zips today. I don't know if the video showed it, but this was a really physical game. Lots of hanging and bumping away from the ball and all ignored by the refs. The only negative I came away with today was the lousy free throw shooting. If the Zips had made their Ft's, we win by 7 in regulation. Kretzer was really clutch in OT.

It looked to me like all he did was take what the defense was giving him. Similar to what the Miami QB did to us earlier this season. If he shows that he is capable of getting good yardage, it will force the linebackers to play closer to the line of scrimmage opening up a seam in the middle of the field. Teams have been playing a lot of cover 2 and dropping their linebackers deeper because they knew DW wasn't going anywhere.

I thought Pohl looked good. What I liked was his quick release of the ball. Very little wasted motion. I was also impressed with his willingness to use his legs to move the chains.

I wonder if game changer still has her job this morning after that beat down by Zeke yesterday.
