    Toledo gave WMU the game, look at WMU stats. I think they barely had more than 100 total yards in offense.

    Well, the students that go to Akron are actually going to college for an education. We have a lot more class than that.

    That last interception wasn't his fault. That pass was perfect. The Browns' o-line is horrible. And the holding calls,,,,,, The refs gave the game to the Saints.

    If we beat CMU, expect a Sell out or at least 30,000+ for the North Texas game. They're going to have to take down that tarp.

    I don't blame him for being at Texas to watch the Texas game, but it would have been great to see him at the Akron game in NC State. Maybe Akron can get Jason Taylor, Charlie Frye, and Dwight Smith to a game. We could go 11-1 this year. It's very possible. Not sure if it will happen but it's possible.

    Both games were great. I still am excited about winning yesterday. It feels great.

    I actually feel bad for them, I hope NC State has a turn-around season after this. It will only make Akron look better. Too bad about the Penn State vs Notre Dame game, that was ugly.

    How are we going to watch the Akron vs CMU game????? I had a great time watching the game at Panini's against Penn State, and at Johnny Malloy's against NC State. I really hope someone picks this game up so that I can enjoy another Akron Zips game on TV

    Central Michigan looked good against BC, but not so good against Michigan. The Zips looked good against Penn State, but better against NC State.Central passes a lot which scares me because the pass defense didn't look so good against NC State in the 2nd half. I think we're going to run all over them and it's going to be a high scoring game.

    This year, Akron's strength is the run, and run defense. The bad weather is going to be our benefit.

    I'm shocked. Even with the OSU game, the Beacon's Zips coverage is very good today. They actually gave more space to the Zips. Figure that one out. I thought they were the Columbus Beacon Journal, when did they change to the Akron Beacon Journal???

    I'm more worried about Western Michigan than I am against Central Michigan. Did you see what they did to Toledo????? Ohio beat Northern Illinios, Buffalo almost beat Bowling Green??? What is going on in the MAC, Miami looked good today.

    Thanks PSU, we appreciate the support. I'm sorry to see Penn State lose to Notre Dame like that, I was hoping you guys would win.

    I really don't think Can't should be considered our biggest rival anymore, it should be (suprised I don't say OSU???) Miami. Akron's accounting program is 2nd to Miami's in this region. I don't like Miami. They think they're so much better than everyone else. I hope we pound them at home.

    For everyone that went to Johnny Malloy's, I want to say thanks. It really made watching the game more enjoyable when you have a bunch of Akron fans there with you. A great turnout and a great time.

    I'm not a big fan of knocking your own players though. He might have had a bad day, he could have been playing hurt.

    you guys were a little hard on Crouch, it's early in the season, don't knock him yet. I think he'll be good.

    i don't think we could get an Akron group to ever fill Johnny Malloy's. It's big. I really wish we could be going to Panini's to watch the game but without ESPNU, that's out of the question. I'm going to miss the $1 miller lite drafts.
