Akron needs to get into talks with Goodyear or Firestone about being a sponser. It's sad that these 2 huge companies don't advertise anywhere at the basketball games. GOJO might be another idea for a sponser. First Energy just got hit with a million dollar penalty so I doubt they're looking to give away money.

I'm wondering when he'll go. I'm starting to think the 5th or later. scout.com has him listed with only 2 stars. We all know he's better than that, but just because we know about him doesn't mean the NFL owners know about him.

He has Ohio at #2, I don't agree with that. Can't should be #2, Miami and Ohio could both be #3. Can't lost to some very good teams, why isn't anyone noticing they're a good team. I hate Can't but they're going to give us a game.

Akron's squad is very good this year with many attractive ladies. They're competing this year so let's all wish them the best.

Rivals.com is giving some Akron recruits a better rating than what scout.com is. We're not doing so well there, tied for 93 scouts rakingAnd ratings mean nothing sometimes so don't focus on that. Akron has a good program under JD, I'm sure he's not that much concerned with what a website rates the players he's recruiting. He'll get the right players to make this team good regardless..I loved hearing him speak at the basketball game. That was the best half-time show all year.

I like the idea of making the new stadium a dome that seats around 40,000 to 45,000. This would be great for big events like concerts, pep rallys, and maybe bring Akron a pro sport. Plus, we won't have to freeze at the games. I would enjoy the games a lot more if I didn't have to freeze.

I'm glad he's gone. He took too many crazy shots. Doesn't have basketball smarts.
