i just wonder since things have been so bad at qb if jd will go to the jc route and try and find a qb.i know mike johnson came in the jc route and was really good.if i am jd i am going to find a qb next year,and if it's the jc route so be it.i know its easier said than done ,but it should be the #1 priority.he really has nothing to lose.if we have a losing season next year i would think his job is in trouble.at the same time the defense and kicking game have played well enough. this team with any kind of offense consistency should not have four wins.if we can find a qb almost all the rest of the o will be back.a big time qb i think could turn things around right away.

i know everyone is against winters comng back as o/c.i ask #1 who are you going to get in here then for what we pay,and #2you cannot tell me this team would be as bad offensively.winters always had team in the high 20-low 30 thirties.if i am paul winters im not so sure that i would come back now if offered the job.he probably would since he is an alum but you would really have to think it over.if this team has another bad season the entire staff may be gone anyways.at least right now he is a head coach.im not sure what he is making, but i would think it cannot be alott less than what he would make here as an o/c.

lee i have to agree.i only thing that might help a little is if our two wr from last year come back.at the same time if you dont have a qb it may not even matter.i don't think the spread is the answer right now because cj11 is no running threat,and we have do not have the gamebreakers at wr.how many times have we ran the screen pass to the wr for no gain.c/k did make a good point on wy not try to go back to a power i formation sometimes.i think it could ge real ugly next year if we do not find a qb.

nice of them to want to charge 24.00 dollars plus tax to watch the video feed.i think not.

i know this probably will not b popular, but jd needs to let both guys play next week.even if cj11 is the so called starter cj7 needs to play.the reason i say this is cj7 is one play from being the starter .he needs some time even if he is the backup.you see teams plays backups at other postions db,ol ect,and no body even notices.jd needs to also get some younger guys some expierince at other psotions.this is the perfect game to do this.i want to win but in reality this game is going to be a glorified scrimmage.whay not take advantage of this, and get some experience for some younger guys also.you can still play the starters but get some of the younger guys in a play or two.you would be suprised what it does for team morale when alott of guys get some pt.

i am not speaking for everbody but i do not think cj11 is the answer at qb.he has played most of the games this year.he is making the same mistakes every game.we were deep in miami territory and he made the huge mistake of throwing an int.you at least have to come out with a fg.what is jd supposed to do?let cj 11 play two losing season while he may develope?c.fry had one redshirt year,and came in and lead the team right away.either you can play or you can't.igreanted it may take a redshirt year to mature for some postions.cj11 is a sophmore now,and i don't see him playing more games is the answer.

c/ki totally agree.if we had a qb the we can win.we need to scrap the spread.we do not have the qb,or wr to run it.i still think the defense except for a few games played well enough for us to win this year.if we have kind of offense this team would not have four wins.

pretty emabarassing when we get shut out.it's one thing to have osu shut you down but when any mac team does it's sad.

ja drops way to many balls that are catchable passed.he is a god mac reciver but i i do not see him playing on sundays.

great game by the defense is thrown away.we need to get rid of the spead offense.nothing against either qb we have but neither of them is the anser.jd need to take over the offense next year.i do not know where we can find a qb next year,but if we dont we are going nowhere.

the offensive play calling is terrible.we never throw to te or any reciever except ja.niether qb i the answer.jd needs to find a new oc,and qb for next year or we are going nowhere.

is ja12 the only person cj11 is allowed to throw the ball to???????

how many offside penalties can this team do.stupid needless mistakes

i would love see more of alex allen.i think jd needs to be careful and not ware out b.williams,andkeep him healthy.the guy is not the biggest rb in the world.plus we need him on special team.plus i know kennedy is not everyone's favorite back,but he does add alott of depth at rb.i think you saw what having a fresh running back a.a. late in the game can do.

the one thing i give jd big props for is we have a real fg kicker this year.to bad we did not have him last year.we may not have went 5-7.how many times last year did jd go for it on fourth down because we had not fg kicker but were in decent fg range.i think the fg kicking is a huge part of the offense espcially if you dont have a power running game to get the short yards on fourth down.

what are you talking about when it matters?what matters is how many points you score every game.the offense this year is not close to what the team scored when winters was here.we average in the high 20-low 30 when winters was here.

what i meant was his knee went down right after he caught the ball anyways;so it was a stupid play on ou players part.

c/k i totally disagree.i guess you prefer to score 18 pt/gm.bring winters in as the o/c .when winters was here this team could score points.it was not his fault the defense was so bad.it has nothing to do with him being an akron guy.all i know is that our offense now is not even close to what it was when he was here.akron was always in the top twenty in scoring.if you took jd's defense/special teams the offense when he was here we would not be 4-6.

the big issue i have is he called for a fair catch,and his knee was down anyways.there no way the ou player should have hit him regardless.saying that he did not see the fair chatch was b.s.

good effort by the zips.if give them credit after some tuff losses to bounce back.ot would be nice to ruin miami season next week.i thougt cj11 played a good game.still neither cj7,or cj11 impress me.cj11 should have thrown a second pick if it not for a late hit.i hope the rogers kid can come in next year, and is better than the two qb we have now.

when is the last time bg has won it's divison or gone to a bowl game? they are 5-4 this year with one of the wins against a 1-aa team. my only point is losing to bad teams like bg,temple,and buffalo is not the same as losing to indiana,u-conn,and ohio state.there is no excuse about how hard our schedule is when you lose to those teams.plus the zips had two weeks to prepare for buffalo.

im really sick and tired of people making excuses about our schedule ,admin ect as the reason we are 3-6 at this point.we had two weeks to prepare for buffalo and lost.maybe you could see our occ schedule for the reason we lost to osu,indi ,and uconn.all those our quality teams.there is no reason for losing to buffalo,bg,and temple.all thos teams are bottom feeders in the mac just like us.the blame lies on the players,and the coaching staff.
