I hear ya. Yeah, I sort of posted that out of context. I wasn't going with the white oppression angle. I was just saying I was excited to see Treon in a Zips uni & really surprised/disappointed when he transferred before ever playing a down for the Zips. IIRC, Treon wasn't recruited by Liberty out of high school. So when he transferred there it caught me by surprise. But I digress...

Treon Sibley transferred down there. I'm still scratching my head over that one.

This is true. They're "burners," but yes, I'd say the typical D-1 WR is what, at least 6'? They'll play in the slot & hopefully be some playmakers.

Ultimately, this is the point of college athletics: These coaches get these subtweets all the time. It breaks my heart to see all these young kids trying so hard but who will likely get no scholarship $$. For me, I think that might be the most difficult part about being a college coach - telling a kid there is no scholarship for him.

That video is at least a year old. And if that’s after practice, when ppl are joking around, I don’t have a problem with it. Players play jokes on coaches. Though the action’s identical, there’s a difference between if they did that joking around because they love each other versus if it was done out of true disrespect. Like the post-game Gatorade shower. That poor coach got POSTERIZED!! ??

That sounds pretty cool. I would, however, definitely miss seeing Buffalo on the schedule. Is Buffalo just left out in the cold? ? I'd love seeing Toledo... twice. We need to stoke our rivalry with that school.

When I was watching his film I thought he looked bigger than the listed 6-0, 160. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll update the initial post.
