This development has been one of the biggest disappointments for me. Josh was a sublime PG in high school & the only two recruits I've ever been as excited about signing have been Zeke Marshall & Jimmal Ball. I was more excited about signing Josh than I was about us signing Big Dog & I knew Big Dog had the chance to be a great one. But Josh just doesn't seem to be quick enough at this level to be anything other than a spot-up 3-point shooter. I never saw that coming.

What's with this turning on Bowden? Let me remind everyone that we had our most successful season as a D-1 program last year. This year was, most certainly, a disappointment. But we lost a ton on D & would have still made a bowl game and (I'm going to say) won the MAC East if Woody hadn't been hurt. And this year's recruiting class is shaping up to be the likes of which we've been looking for since we moved to D-1 (can't believe it's taken so long to begin to get the local talent to buy in).

That is pretty bad. I would really like to believe that if we were ever ranked #15 in the country & had a visit from College GameDay we'd have 30K.

I thought I had read somewhere that he had an offer from Baylor? Anyone else remember that?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he played LB. His PT was more revealing of our lack of depth at the position than it was about his talent level. I doubt (hope) he won't get the PT this year that he got last year. But he probably deserves to be put on schollie. Good for him! Congratulations on a free education!!!
