I've only gotten part way through the podcast with Ger. Also, very informative and interesting. A great assistant coach whom we are very lucky to have. Jared, Ger, and I'm certain Michael are all very hardworking and committed to our program and student-athletes. I couldn't be happier with our "organization".

Great podcast with Jared. Lots of stuff about him and Caleb and how Caleb brought him to Akron as well as their approaches to the game. Very much enjoyed listening. Thanks for posting @TennZip

Also, I noticed that Ger Coppinger did the podcast back on June 6, 2018. ... SC051 "When the University of Akron calls, you have to take the call..."

Jared mentioned on the podcast that TJ had left the Zips... Best wishes to TJ. Great coach and person. Gonna miss him but I'm sure Jared will find another excellent assistant.

"I had the opportunity to play my college ball for the Zips winning a national championship in 2010. I now have a greater opportunity to join this national power house as an assistant coach and I look forward to the challenge." "I am really excited to bring Michael on board," Embick commented. "He is a winner and he is one of our own! He was a member of our National Championship team, played professionally for eight years and won an MLS cup. He has tremendous passion for this University and soccer program. He is an outstanding person with great character and I couldn't be more thrilled for him to bring his experiences and enthusiasm to our team as an assistant coach. I can't wait to see the impact he has on the field with the players." ...
