  1. Ohio beats BG, 66-59.
  2. The Zips fall 75-41.
  3. Not a good second half, but we had opportunities and didn't take advantage of them. That being said, beating the top MAC teams is tough. Winning on the road against top MAC teams is even tougher. I know there are those who were calling for an undefeated MAC season, but that's not realistic. Going into the season, you could probably see road games at Toledo, Kent, and Ohio could be losses. We won one of those three games. Against the top three teams in the standings (2nd-4th place), we are 3-2. If you do that and beat up on the bottom of the league, you'll be in good shape. All is not lost. We still control our destiny to the 1 seed. We have three winnable games left.
  4. At the moment we no longer have the tiebreaker over Toledo as they beat Ohio twice. Need to win and and not worry about it.
  5. Free throw shooting may cost us this game.
  6. Hunter got a gift foul that should have been a travel.
  7. One point game!
  8. Need a bucket out of this timeout.
  9. Northern beats Toledo 75-72.
  10. Now giving up too many easy baskets.
  11. Broadcast is back and the announcers had no idea.
  12. Tribble!
  13. And not grabbing loose balls.
  14. Foul trouble.
  15. Ohio making a run. Need to grab loose balls.
  16. Not the prettiest half, but effective. Keep up the energy in the second half.
  17. Enrique!!!!!!!!
  18. A missed free throw on the front end of a 1 and 1. ugh
  19. Early on, the Ohio guards made some nice takes to the basket. Since they seem to be a little out of control.
  20. Nate with a nice play.
  21. Here is the tiebreaker from that link. Between TWO teams: A. Head-to-head competition B. Winning percentage* vs. ranked conference teams (top to bottom vs. common opponents regardless of the number of times played) C. Coin flip * - Winning percentage is used instead of record because of situations where teams do not play each other the same number of times. Therefore, a team that is 1-0 (1.000) would win the tiebreaker over a team that is 1-1 (.500). The simple answer is it depends on the final standings of the other teams. Akron and Toledo split, so A is a wash. Then it goes to B. Right now (prior to today's games), Akron holds the tiebreaker because they are 1-0 against CMU, who is in 3rd place. Toledo went 0-1. As the standings change, so will this tiebreaker.
  22. Not going to be an easy one. Ohio has been playing well as of late. I don't care if it is ugly, just get a win.
  23. The line is Ohio by 1.5.
  24. A friend just texted me that. I am surprised as well.
