  1. Not a goaltend!
  2. Scott playing well.
  3. Another clean block and yet another whistle...
  4. Very true. Players know they can rewarded for falling down after shooting the ball.
  5. How did it get upgraded to a flagrant 1?
  6. Terrible call. That was a good pick.
  7. Akron shooting is ice cold.
  8. The could also put it on ESPN News until UNC finishes.
  9. After being up 19-6 in the first quarter, The Zips are down 31-30 at the half.
  10. They folded like a cheap chair.
  11. As bad as Miami looked in the stretch that I mentioned, Kent followed it up with an equally bad stretch of play to close out the game.
  12. That's a much better answer. 😉
  13. I guess it's possible when you play against teams like Kent that don't want to put the game away when you have a lead.
  14. That's the result, not the how.
  15. Watching the last few minutes of this game, how does Miami have 10 conference wins?
  16. It appears that BG hit a layup at the buzzer to get a 69-68 win over Toledo.
  17. BG up 41-37 against Toledo at halftime.
  18. USA goes on to win 60-56.
  19. Chris Payton should have sent a video message retracting his claim that he was a better player than Enrique.
  20. No. Just happened to see the score.
  21. The Zips and RedHawks are tied at 17, late first quarter.
  22. Today on ESPN's home page is an article: Jay Bilas' The top 68 teams in men's college basketball For those that have an ESPN+ subscription, the link is below. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/insider/story/_/id/43905236/the-bilas-index-vol-ii-top-68-teams-mens-college-basketball-2024-25 For those that don't, the article has the Zips at 60 and Miami at 61.
  23. I think a 14 game winning streak is like a set of rose colored glasses. They make us think we should win every conference game and win them all by double digits. During an 18 game conference schedule, teams will have stretches of sub-par play, which has been us the last few games. In other years, those would have been the head-scratching losses others have mentioned. Fortunately, we were able win them. This team needs to watch the video, regroup, and be ready for the Kittens on Saturday.
  24. Here are the standings as listed on ESPN.com. We've locked up a top 5 seed and hold a three game lead over Miami (plus the tie-breaker). That being said, there is more work to be done.
