Playing hard and not quitting are moral victories that you can take in year 1 and maybe early in year 2. However, in year 3, the team should be playing hard every game - and winning some of them. Therein lies the problem.
These are good points. Rather than the adjustment being to change QBs, why not adjust the play calling to try and minimize the deficiencies? How about some quick slants? Maybe a few planned rollouts? Or a screen pass?
