Got drenched at my Landscape of Champions tonight but it was a good game. 6 goals in the 1st half! It was a clinic on how to play in the pouring rain. Rowdies really got into the goal keeper's head tonight. Couldn't tell if he was crying or if it was the rain.

Saw him twice yesterday at the soccer game and at work and it didn't look like anything was wrong with him.

Although I did feel bad for Dr. P because Indiana's goal keeper's name was "Louis". Can you imagine Dr. Proenza's face everytime someone said "Louis Sucks!" or anything along those lines? I think it took him a little bit to realize.

I don't know which is the funniest line. Its either, "IU plays at a high level of football and competes" or "5 year plan to make the Rose Bowl." or "we cannot lose this weekend"

-Sagrin Rankings Akron-89 IU-82-IU is 112th out of 120 in penalties/game (21) (6 False starts hope the crowd can get them to jump a lot like we did Morgan)-We need to stop them running all over us like they did 2 years ago. (300+ yards on the ground)-We need to play like we have the last 6 Quarters on Defense-We need to play like we have the last 4 Quarters on Offense

A few things not previously mentioned. -Before the game a student in the Rowdie section had on an Akron hat and an OSU hat...it was nicely pointed out to the whole student section and he took it off. -The water fountains should contain cold water, not warm.-The sky divers were awesome.-Was at Barley House later in the evening when the Buckeyes were playing. It was amazing to see 75% of the people wearing Zips gear and ONLY 25% wearing OSU. The fans wern't even really into the game and I kept hearing a lot of talk about the Akron game. It was great to witness that. -During pregame I got chills several times. Especially when we started doing the ZI PS cross stadium cheers. If only we could get the students on the hill to join in a cheer.-Student gate AT 11:45 there were already close to 300 students in line.Can't wait for Beat Indiana weekend!

I wouldn't hold off too long on your purchase.Stay tuned for tailgating information. The University is still drafting their 99 page code of conduct...since tailgating on a school campus has never been done before in the history of Division 1 athletics. I wish we had more information to offer, but at this time the University has told the public jack-squat regarding tailgating and parking.Also - we play the Hoosiers in soccer the Friday prior to the football game. I highly recommend getting tickets for that on-campus event too. The UA Police said that as long as your drink is in a cup they could care less, but once they see bottles and cans they will come over if anyone looks underage. Also no cooking in any deck but all open lots are fair game. They said they arn't going to be very strict.

Was at the Cavs game 2 saw the UA ad. Actually they were on both upper corner scoreboards the ENTIRE game. I thought that was pretty cool.

No it didn't. Tutich was playing right attacking mid for the Crew. I hope they are serious about giving him more time with the reserves. To do so he would have to play for dirt cheap pay. Such is the life of someone trying to make an MLS roster. Cheers I was kidding the fact that the only goal of the day came from a fill-in ex-Akron player.

BTW- Who is the new Rowdie president? I havn't heard in mentioned at all...

The only other place I can see a table being set up would be the Polsky building because it is out of the way and there are students who only have classes in there. It would be extremely hard to set tables up in classroom buildings. They would only be busy at class changes, whereas Polsky and SU have students in there at all times. But I think that is a great idea for the faculty to announce events.The Rowdies need to setup a website that is continually updated. It would of course have a link to the Nation. I think that has the potential to keep students more updated then random facebook events and messages (not that those should stop because those are great!)
