Cisco was in performing a test. They loaned out 100 ITouches and you could access the different cameras on you ipod flipping back and forth through them as you pleased. I don't think it was on for this reason.

They have like one row of students down on the one end. Pathetic.

No there is a small reserved seating section behind the benches but it is not that big. It is such a high school gym.

Wierdest Play of the Game- MU called for a charge, the basket counts and Akron goes to the line to shot 2.I can think of at least 5-6 possessions where Nik saved us with his hustle. One was a rebound off of an Akron foul shot. Humpty's "Play of the Game" was great streaking to the basket. It made up for his wide open breakaway layup that he missed.

Bus to where?The BG game a week from Saturday. I believe there are TWO buses of Rowdies going (100 or so).Thought that trip got canceled...Anyways back to the MIAMI game. It's Greek night here at Millett hall so the student turnout is more then usual. Zips have had a few bad possesions but have been creating some turnovers. I think bmcknight might have a big night.

Saw the team off this morning and they all were extremely confident they'd be coming back with a W. I'll be making the trip down after class gets done...anyone else going?

Here is one of those games where our depth came into play. OU had 6 guys at 29 or more minutes. Akron had 3. The Bobkitties were getting a little tired at the end of the 2nd OT.

Heaven forbid the student union allows liquor inside. Too must risk. There were also talks of putting a tanning salon in there but too much risk for that too. The Planet Underground Lounge is now open starting at 5pm each night. I encourage everyone to check it out.Too much risk? How about this stat we scored 39 points in the 2nd half while BGSTD only scored 6 more then that for the entire game! I think the best way for us to get over teams that apply the full court or 3/4 press is to imply these into our defense. Not only does it add pressure to their offense and create turnovers but we would be so used to going against it in practice it wouldn't affect us in games.

Was at that Cavs game. Porter, Ben, and 2 of the Ast Coaches were there. During one of the time outs in the first half they put their pictures on the Jumbotron and explained their accomplishments. Everyone cheered. Back to game.

Game predictions? I'm gonna go with 3-2 Zips win with the last goal coming in the last 5 min.

The first 40 is correct....the 2nd 40 that number is a lot smaller, more about half that.BTW-The Akron PD only showed up once at 2am for the people in line. They were a bit surprised that we were crazy enough to wait all night to go to Cary. I think they thought we were bums at first (even though we clearly had multiple laptops out at that point watching movies).

I was first in line for the AkRowdie tickets so I'll be on the Rowdie bus. The Rowdies are going down friday getting hotel rooms for everyone then coming back whenever the Zips come back (Sun with a Championship).
