GoZips... what is the schedule looking like for Saturday and Sunday?

Any know or can get access to the Zips practice schedule this weekend? I believe they are allowed to practice Friday night after 6:00 PM and assume they will on Saturday and Sunday morning. I would love to check them out one of those days if anyone has any insight?

Would have liked a mention of KD and the basketball teams moderate success... Other than that good article. My only other gripe was how he mentioned Akron as a town crippled when the rubber industry fell apart. Didn't mention how the rubber industry is still thriving and how we the city is making strides forward. The way he worded it makes me think of Youngstown.

Buffalo, K ent, Ohio, Eastern Michigan, Miami, Bowling Green, Toledo, Ball St, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, NIU That's the order from top to bottom of whom I do not want to play in Cleveland. I believe Buffalo, K ent and Ohio would go in knowing they could win and Eastern Michigan, Toledo, and Miami (Miami because of the Mavunga/Coles factor) would have a punchers chance if everything went there way. Obviously a lot could happen over the next two weeks but I guess those are my feelings as of feb 11th.

Nothing much to say, happy with the play. Is Deji still hurt? I don't understand why he doesnt get any minutes in a game like this. I feel like in a pinch, Oldham and Deji could provide some useful minutes in an important game so I am frustrated he doesn't get any experience. Maybe the coaching staff did not like what they say those first 5-6 gamesand decided he is absolutely not ready this year? Dissapointed Luke didn't score... Anyone know where he came from? Former manager? Maybehe tried out as a walk on in the summer and was cut but the coaching staff kept his name in case one of the players transferred. Actually I think I just asked my own question.

Awesome game. Thoughts: - The 5 that broke the game open (Tree Harney Chauncey Q Brett) run very hot and cold, tonight we saw the hot. There is more upside with that group but also more of a chance for turnovers, bad shots, poor defense, overall undiscipliness. A group with Zeke, Nik and AA, doesnt have as high of an upside but they are the safe group, and you know what you will get from them. So when you are wondering why KD doesn't play that group more, the above is why. - Those four threes was one of the coolest things I have ever experienced. I tivoed the game as well, and the first thing I did when I came home was fast forward to see that. - Justin Greene in foul trouble in the 2nd half did not hurt. - Loved Brian Walsh's enthusiasm. He was our biggest cheerleader tonight and was always enthusiastic, supportive and loud in the timeouts. - How long has McNees been with the program this year? I watched a little of Friday's practice and saw him running with the "second" team. Not sure exactly what he was wearing tonight, but it didn't look good... Somebody get him a suit! He also cut his hair, looks different. He knows the MAC teams so well, its nothing but good having him around and whispering knowledge in the players and coaches ears. - Caught KD's postgame with Frenchi on the way home. Rick McFaddens daughter had emergancy staff infection surgery which is why he wasn't there. Not sure what that entails, but it must be serious to force coach to miss. Prayers to the family. - My message to Nick Harney: ... Also, don't let your ego get too big, don't get too cocky, keep getting better. Remember youre a Zip, not a flash Go Zips

I agree as well, really good and unbiased. Also, the student section seems crazy loud for the amount of empty seats there appears to be. Didnt like the sub KD just made, 8:30 left and we have our best 5 on the floor IMO, (AA, Zeke, Nik, Harney and Diggs) We are on a modest 5-0 run and he pulls Q for Brett. Lets see if it works out

Butler would be the first road Zips game for this 25 year old, thats what I am hoping for.

A little respect for the MAC in the Midmajor top 25 and in Joe Lunardi's "bracketolgy". For those who don't know, Lunardi predicts who will qualify for the tournament and where they stand. Ohio got it in as the MAC representative based on their RPI I am guessing. Anyway, he has them rated as a 12 seed which is pretty neat. I know it means nothing now and neither does the MM top 25.
