I think it's part of the equation. Too bad Aaron Jackson has fallen out of the mix. I can't blame KD and the staff as he shouldn't be taking time from guys like Kwan, Ivey and Utomi, and he's had trouble when he has played. I thought going into the season that he could be a high energy 10 minute guy, but that certainly hasn't happened.

Kwan, Big Dog, Carlitos Anderson and Mark Noble take the floor for their last JAR game Tuesday night as Miami comes to town. Miami is 10-19 overall, 3-13 in the MAC, and has lost 4 in a row. Hopefully, the Zips can pull away early, get the team a little rest and enjoy cutting down the nets post-game.

I don't think it's been a part of any bigger plan as much as it may have been the product of closer games. I have no more of a basis for the conclusion of there having been more close games, but it just feels like we've had very few runaway wins and many games have been up in the air until late. As the games are tighter, you'll get more of the core of the 1 thru 7 trusted core kids in the last ten minutes. Also, three players whose minutes have suffered due to different circumstances are Utomi who took a while to get into the rotation, Hughes who was injured and got behind, and Aaron Jackson.

Agreed. I want to see PCCC's trail as difficult as possible.

Ummm, it's TWO words- prima donna (and inaccurate).

I, like many, was critical of Noah. That being said, the bulk of us weren't ready to give up on him. His 5 game stretch of a total of 21 points in five games heading into the BG game had people rightfully concerned as he wasn't putting pressure on the defense. I hope he's "back on the beam" now. The Zips are one hell of a better team when he is.

Whew! I feel a little better.

...and again...

Hack a dog...hack a dog...

I see TDM as a 6th man high energy spark. For those of you old like me, think Vinnie Johnson. Early in the season, I thought we were starting to see signs of the pre-surgery Noah returning, but he's reverted to just being a guy who brings the ball up the court. He seems to be a great kid and I'd love to see him succeed, but right now this team needs a spark and I've seen no signs recently that he's the guy who can provide it.

OK then gentlemen, if TDM starts, who goes to the bench?

Amen. Doesn't even need to be a lot of it; just a different look every once and a while. Another thing I;d like to switch out of is our big man always jumping the ballhandler on the high pick and roll. It is just too predictable.

I'm glad you started this one. I started the last two and .... Buffalo will again try to draw Big Dog outside then blow around him, like last time. Hopefully, they won't get off to the hot start they did at the JAR. I'm really hope we start seeing some more offense from Noah. I love his assist to turnover ratio, but anymore it seems like he gets the ball up the floor, passes, then disappears. I often wonder how the offense would look with Antino back at the point.

Easy there... No one said he shouldn't be able to post. In fact, they were subtly exercising their first amendment right to imply he's a goofball.

It shouldn't EVER come down to a late call against a bad sub .500 team.

Who's this Noah we keep hearing about?

At best, we only ever get 4 guys back when other teams push the ball. The bear that Big Dog's grandpa, Walter Johnson of the Browns, used to wrestle back in the 60's gets up the court faster than Dog. I'm looking forward to see if KD mixes things up for Buffalo.

I'd give them some game time off at this juncture. LOL.

OK, I've calmed down now and I'm more rational. This is all Kreed's fault.

Lose at Buffalo Win against Miami Lord knows against PCCC Lose in MAC final Lose in NIT opener to Our Lady of Perpetual Mediocrity Lather, rinse, repeat... I may be more positive tomorrow after the pi$$iness wears off.

No one should be too surprised. We all saw the weaknesses in this team but it was easy to look the other way when they kept pulling games out. Those weaknesses are now getting magnified. I heard two or three weeks ago that the team had a "morale problem" and I dismissed it. I'm beginning to wonder now if there's an issue as I see no fire in these guys. Also, again, could someone tell me who the leader(s) is/are on this team?

Well, that was awful.

The next time the Zips stop dribble penetration will be the first time the Zips stop dribble penetration.

We need TDM and Antino to interject some energy.

Announcers are awful. We've had Anteeeeeeeno Jackson, Isaiah Jackson and an obvious confusion between Josh Williams and Aaron Jackson.
