You look at a kid like Alvin. All offenses needed to really do is keep away from him for 4 quarters and they could score at will against us. Tgere will be very little film highlights for him to help scouts find what he can do. Hopefully, his film from the previous 2 years will help.

Congrats, Coach Arth, first 0-12 team in Zips history. Congrats, Larry William's, you fired a guy who pulled us out of the sewer and replaced him with a guy who sent us straight back to the sewer. I feel bad for the few talented kids we have, that have to live through this nightmare.

Honestly, you have a better chance making the NFL for a quality team in a lower division than you do the Zips in current state. Coaching errors in Q1: - Not giving the ball to Kato on 3rd and 1 on first posession - Not going for it on 4th and 1 on first posession - Calling a TO instead of taking a delay of game penalty on the 1 yard line.

Yup. Bowden was able to do it. He had name recognition and assistant coaches with name recognition, especially on defense. I don't see how Arth pulls it off. He wasn't in SEC long enough to develop strong ties. I will be honest, I watched some of Q1 but had the game on while I was working last night so I was mainly monitoring the score. I cannot make myself watch this horrible execution of play, any longer. I feel bad for Alvin Davis. He is a high level player and it will be hard for him to get any attention because opposing offenses basically can design plays away from him.

Starting to crumble is a bit of a stretch. They struggled through injuries at key positions but there is a vast difference between what we saw last year at the end compared to this year. Not even in the same league. This team can do next to nothing, right and they are not improving.

Agree about Dre Williams. I thought Zaire Jacobs started to show a lot of promise as he developed towards the end of last season. I know Mounds was a huge factor in recruitment so he may have decided to blaze when the old regime went out.

Maybe we were too used to Bowden winning games he wasn't expected to win. Evidently, bot every coach can do that.
