zip37 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 Folks: Let's drop the term 'cupcake' from the board! The Huskys have hunped our leg twice. Quote
RootforRoo44 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 i agree...and with the way MAC officiating is, no team is a cupcake anyways. Quote
Let'sGoZips94 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 Totally agree, but that's not to say some teams are should or must wins. It's the MAC though. That's the way the cookie crumbles. Quote
Dr Z Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 Wow, I thought the "cupcake" thing was kind of fun. What a downer. 37 are you on the NFL rules committee? Quote
tbozeglav Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 I think the refs are lurkers on this forum.... thats my theory and im stickin to it... mainly because any other explanation doesn't make sense. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 6-1 vs. cupcakes is absolutely no reason to abandon it!If it was the look-alike thread, I could see your point. Quote
skip-zip Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 Ok...I must agree..the cupcake thing was very funny and entertaining. I enjoyed it. But the reality was that all of these teams were capable of beating MAC level talent....and on quite a few occassions, they did. I only wished that we were the team who snuck through with the 6-0 record, but we didn't. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 ...these teams were capable of beating MAC level talent....and on quite a few occassions, they did.You say "quite a few"...I say "a couple."Viva La Cupcake! Quote
Zip N' Dots Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 This idea can bite me, I like cupcakes and I plan to continue eating my favorite dessert the rest of the season! Quote
Dr Z Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 We need to focus on the big dance and quit this cupcake talk! Quote
