MDZip
Now you guys have me playing too. Someone's count is off we are currently at 67.
ZachTheZip
Woah. I'm sorry. My count was waaaay off. The dividing line that should be at #40 is rendering at #20 thanks to my crappy browser. So take 20 from my count. I was counting there starting at 40, but that's obviously wrong.Anyway, South Florida is the goal for now.
MDZip
This works pretty well - on IE go to tools, Internet Options, select the Privacy tab and set it to High. Then set your screen size so that when you click on vote in Forde's story, Akron will appear on the csreen. Click Akron hit return (since the submit button is the default) kill the winodw and click vote again on Forde's story. Still wish I had the time to write a bot for it though. ksu sucks
I have my firefox set to prompt me for cookies... and I am fairly sure I had set it to perminently block ESPN cookies. So, I can just submit my vote once, and continuously refresh the page (hitting enter to accept the form data re-submit)Wow, awesome. I'm trying the same thing and it appears to be working. Thanks for giving me another reason to love firefox.Edit: Also, to all Firefox users...https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ad...?confirmed=trueIf you have it set up like zen and I, this makes it easier. It takes the work out of it.

Thanks!!Ahhh the advantage of having a school name that starts at the beginning of the alphabet I got even lazier - I lined up Forde's vote with Akrons check box, then after the vote is over I use Alt-f, Alt-x to get rid of the voting window so now I don't even use the mouse (and I made the IE window very thin so its not obvious what I'm doing if someone come in). I'm averaging about one vote very 10 seconds. Glad I wasn't real busy today and that my Akron Compter Science education is really paying off. WinZip
how far up on this poll would we like to go? muahahaha I know how we can at least get into the top
ZachTheZip
What ever you want to do, go ahead and do it. The TV show discussing this happened already, at 1:00PM earlier today. It's still up at the top of the college football page on ESPN, though, so plenty of people will see it.

It takes the work out of it.Does that work for you?I could see the refresh working by itself if it wasn't for the fact that mozilla prompts you each time if you want to resend form info each time...[edit] LOL, genius. The first time it goes to automatically reload the page, it informs you that it was sent with form data and asks you if you want to resend.brilliantI'm setting my work computer to do this every 10s.I'll let it run overnight

ZachTheZip
It looks like it's over. You can still vote, but there's not much of a point now. Good run, guys. Kind of wish we were able to set it started when the poll first came up.
