I have sent a few long emails to TW via the “Ask the AD” button on gozips.com. Overall I think he is doing a good job connecting with fans. He (or a rep) answers back promptly and respectfully. I will post a couple of my e-mails when I get home today. Have other members had similar results to their questions and do you think he will heed our suggestions?

I sent one and received a quick response (less than 24 hours...might have been like 6 hours). Very nice touch. I would love to ask him more things, but I don't want to be a stalker!!Actually, it would be nice if he/the department posted some of the most frequently asked questions and answers. Might reduce some repeat questions and give us an idea of what others are curious about.

CK is a good source of information. I want to know what he knows because his response indicates he knows something. I would like the members of the Akron media to get off of their collective asses and ask the question then report it. If there was nothing there, they should publish it.
