Tickets?

According to the ticket office, the allotment tickets are located in several (4?) different sections for the game. Some are down on the 100 level, some in the 200 level, and some in the upper 300 level, supposedly each located above the other. Ticket department said big donors get the best tickets and down from there.

If you want to know which section you're in, tough. "Ticket manager already left with the tickets."

Interesting, because this was NOT how it was in Portland. All of the Zips fans were together in the 100 section. I guess I'll see what I have when I get there!

I think thats because there were only about 100 of us Zips fans total in Portland.

This explains why everyone got tickets...Many of us will be stuck in the upper level...these same tickets you could probably scalp for 50 cents on the dollars....

Let's see who the "big donors" are and if they actually went to a game at the JAR.

I am a student and got a ticket, but had no way to get to Chicago and back since all of my friends backed out at the last moment (tuesday), so I cancelled my ticket. Please yell extra loud for me for whoever is going...thank you...i'll be watching the game at the same friend's house, in the same room on the same television, that we watched the College Cup on that friday and sunday....

LET'S GO ZIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How did everybody's tickets work out? Any problems?

It looks like everyone who wanted tickets got them. My seats were great.(except for the guy with the big head seated directly in front of me ) Nick Lachey was sitting in the row behind us and caused quite a stir among the young ladies seated near us.

Ya know, I rode to Chiland and back with Hilltopper. Oddly, his '72 Microbus morphed

into a 2011 GMC Terrain. Nice ride. Thanks, Hilly.

Tickets were great. I had the last row in the 100 section, right up against a loge of trust fund baby ND fans. They were whining when I was standing most of the game, but whatever. :)

I was in the same spot pretty much, right next to JohnnyZ84 behind the rail for the exit ramp that mean nothing blocked my view. Nice seat. I didn't get back everything I paid for the original tickets but I got back most of it. The Zips tickets were in section 111, the original ones were in 308. Did much better with the Zips tickets.
