They have developed a short online survey that will give you a chance to share your thoughts on the state and future of Zips Athletics. They want to hear from everyone – student-athletes, former student-athletes, our coaches and staff, donors, sponsors, season ticketholders, UA faculty and staff, current students, alumni, and anyone who works or lives in Akron, Summit County and Northeast Ohio. There is a lot to be proud of regarding UA athletics and always some room for improvement. A great opportunity to share our thoughts. Quote

Or, have a telemarketer call you at dinner time who sounds like they just called 1,000 other people the same day, and ask you to renew your season football tickets 6 months in advance because everyone is so excited about the upcoming season, in a monotone voice. Zipmeister Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 That is one awful survey. I would love to learn how the survey writer believes the answers to each of the Likert scale questions in the survey can be used to guide the athletic department. Quote
