MDZip Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Surprised there wasn't something started on this yet. Zips are once again looking reasonably poised in the first half. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Parrish back on track! Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Zips fans drank too muck Drano Nog after last nights clunker? Hoping to see an inspired 2nd half! 1 Quote
Blue & Gold Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Time to see if we can shake off our 2nd-half road woes. 1 Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Anyone else notice USC beat a really good MTSU team today? USC looks to be on a roller coaster this year. We seems to have caught them on an upswing. Quote
LZIp Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Worried about another horrible 2nd half there for a little, but we've tied it back up and this one is looking like it will come down to the end. Quote
UAZippers Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 What awful defense by every player on the court. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Duvivier is cold blooded. Wish we could have closed that one out. Would have been a big one for this young team. 1 Quote
Blue & Gold Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 (edited) Have to remind myself how very young this team is. Duvivier really displayed great senior leadership down the stretch. Like CK mentioned, he's cold-blooded & wanted the ball in his hands at crunch time. I REALLY appreciate his demeanor and am happy that he's getting a year to mentor our young players. We played a lot better in the second half last night, but still haven't pulled out a road W. Typical of a young team. Once again, last night there were times we had 3 freshmen, one sophomore and one junior on the floor. Edited December 24, 2017 by Blue & Gold 2 Quote
zipnetter55 Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 Young inexperienced team that doesn't know how to finish games, very little interior D, too many easy drives down the middle. Sayles improving, should start, not impressed with Cotton, too many bad pauses Quote
