Chris pitched seven solid innings tonight giving up 2 runs on 5 hits in Fenway Park against the BoSox. He handed the bullpen a 6-2 lead, we will see if they can keep it.

Chris has a 9-11 record with the Jays, with a 4.30 ERA and 129 K’s. 
 

Next start is tomorrow 8/17 at the Cubs. Its players weekend.

Chris took the loss today against the Cardinals, there was a weather delay and he seemed to come off the wrong end. He ended up with 5 hits and 3 runs (after the rain delay) and took the loss.

He’s 9-11 4.30 ERA and a 1.44 WHIP for the Jays.

@csims0917 and @Spin, either of you have any idea of the 2025 baseball schedule yet?  I know it will be like pulling teeth getting it from the Athletic Department.  Just curious, as we're going to be back from FLA in March....

2025 schedule is out

When I looked at the schedule for my local university, the Hawai'i Rainbows it shows the home season starting February 14th with four games versus Marshall.  I see their coach, Greg Beals was supposed to be Akron's coach, but fled before ever managing a single game.  What happened?  Did he just get a better offer in Huntington, or is there more to the story?  I'd like to know if I should throw a hot dog at the guy when he appears here.

@Hilltopper is correct!  This piece of punt lint is and should always be known as an opportunistic slut.  What he did at/to U of A should have been a bigger deal, but the Press as we know it doesn't exist around these parts.  Too "anger-inducing" to re-visit.  Hot Dog Thrown!
