zipboy Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Similar build to a Mark Groza? Smart move, if a kid does well scholarships always open up. I would like to see Larry Dawson do the same thing. Quote

I would like to see Larry Dawson do the same thing.I love the local guys too. How's about that RB from Firestone? I went to the Garfield - 'Stone game and that RB from 'Stone actually impressed me more than Larry. Larry ran very high (he looked pretty tall to begin with). I kept thinking he'd get pummelled if he played @ Akron. But Larry's got a lot of potential, so I hope he gets a walk-on invite. Maybe convert him to LB? Quote
RACER Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 withe the 3-3-5 defense there area lott of openings on defnese with his size.the big think with this kid is how fast can he run.i thought mark groza was a great example of a kid who worked hard and the last year he turned out to be a decent player Quote
Zipmeister Posted February 19, 2008 Report Posted February 19, 2008 Must be a smart dude, Harvard, Yale...Interest seemed to be running in only one direstion. There would be some evidence that he is a smart dude if he had a scholarship offer from Harvard, Yale, Northwestern or North Carolina. Quote
