If a few of you are coming and need a host let me know. The Akron game we are having a Zweigle's vs Hoffman's coney challenge. We need some unbiased judges. Hopefully you guys can host our group in 2010 at your stadium. I need one spokesman for the group from Akron to relay numbers coming a few days out--we'll discuss whether you bring Food/Beer or cash to help out. I gotta draw the line somewhere, and I think Syracuse is gets the short straw for me this season.Thanks for the invite. If things change, I will look you up. Tailgating is about my favorite thing in the world, so I will be happy to host in 2010..whatever "hosting" entails.Details are sketchy on where parking & tailgating will be available at the new stadium. I'll reply too, so you don't feel shafted... but I'm not going to be able to make the 'Cuse trip either. I'm pretty busy on weekends and don't often have the ability to make road trips. Tailgate TeamsThe tailgate group I'm part of is mostly board posters (Syracuse)...we range in age from the early 20s to early 60s. It was kinda weird meeting for the first time--"Are you "Touchdown Harry?" No, sorry... but after that it is neat having a tailgate group with fans of common interest.Tailgate Haven allows you to manage your tailgate with a template for every game. Your members check in with who is coming, you can post a menu, who is bringing what, you can post pictures and network with opponents. You can even creat your own webpage.BTW, the offer is still out to host some of you guys this September. I understand the lure of Camp Randall and Michie. My son was a West Point 2007 grad and going to a game at Michie is awesome. I got a room at Best Western for $55/night via priceline, so it's a cheap trip. Would love to have some friendly faces to tailgate with. If you get in Friday--eat at the Clam Bar on South Bay Road. Very good seafood at a reasonable price.
