  1. Doubt it. He'll make an impact. We're going to have 3-4 wideouts at any given time. If he's at the TE position, who covers him? He's not the traditional lumbering TE that an LB can cover. I think he's really going to put the pressure in the opposing defensive coordinator to pick his poison. Go small on the line (safety or corner) and try to contain MTB. In that instance, a big back like Ball will have an advantage. Or, go big on the DL...and the quicker MTB is going to catch some screens/slants and run a long way. On paper, MTB's work in the weight room should give him the ability to hold his own blocking on the line vs LB's, and flatten MAC safety's and corners. We'll see how it plays out on the field.

  2. With players reporting for camp yesterday, it appears the roster has been updated. Newcomers: James King, OLB, transfer from Miami. Must sit out 2016. http://247sports.com/Player/James-King-32214?Institution=9093 Michael Butler, Redshirt Senior DB transfer from Western Michigan. Assuming he is eligible. Jon Semerene, PK, Miami. Assuming he is out this year. http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/15010862/miami-hurricanes-dismiss-kicker-jon-semerene Logan Tulley-Tillman is finally on there. Freddie Simmons Jr. WR. Even though its not listed on there, he looks like an original commit to NC State. He is class of 2015 and was redshirted...so I'm not sure if that means he is eligible or not. http://247sports.com/Recruitment/Freddie-Simmons-43426/RecruitInterests There are also some new freshman/redshirt freshman/sophomores added. I'm assuming we recruited most of them..but its so hard to keep track of with all of the non qualifiers and such.

  4. I went to try Bar Cento two Fridays ago for lunch. I still have no report, they don't open until 4:30. Since I had pizza on my mind, I decided to drive to Citizen Pie instead. If you are a fan of artisan pizza, this place is for you. Great job. Fantastic crust. I got to chat with the owner for a few, I could go on, but here is a nice write-up in the Plain Dealer instead. He mentioned to me that they have only run out of dough 3 times since opening, so I wouldn't worry about that. I would consider the fact that it is directly across the Beachland, so you might want to avoid late night shows. Be aware that it is very small inside. Only seats about 20. And the oven makes it pretty warm since it's a small place. Totally worth it though. Eater voted it one of the hottest new restaurants in Cleveland.

  6. Yes. I found an old article on it. http://www.ohio.com/news/top-stories/zips-football-jarrod-pughsley-transforms-from-overweight-walk-on-to-starting-left-tackle-1.300947 It doesn't say it in this article, but I believe Tank's initial assessment of Jarrod was that he had a lot of potential, but was "TFF".

  8. Never would have thought Junius would be higher on the depth chart than Williams when they were being recruited. Could be a combination of injury issues/the new "toy" in MTB at the position.
