Bolts win. Seems like theyāll be just fine even with injuries. Toledo beats Ohio to rebound from an underachieving conference play. Western Michigan wrapping up an upset against Miami. Eastern and BG having the game of the year. Weird opener for the MACš¤£

NIU canāt do anything. Part of it is our defense getting in there heads and part is bad luck. Glad Akron is getting on a run rn to pull away

Very happy with the defense. I was happy when they held the Bonnies to 61 and it needs to carry over. Gotta make these teams very frustrated. Shooting will get betterā¦ eventually?

Not really shocked with any result so far. Ball State and Bowling Green had very soft schedules. Even the Buffalo game Iām not really surprised

Happy MACtion everyone! The zips have there longest trip remaining of the regular season as they face NIU. Iāll be watching this game as well as the Kent Ball State game. NIU is always a tough draw on the road so I wanna see how the zips conquer this. Everyone is back to 0-0. Just win baby

Very tough non conference as planned by Groce. I think it definitely challenged the team as well as Groce himself. Nobody in the MAC had that many battles like we did. We will see how the guards perform and check back in February.

Gotta say this was a really cool event. Every game was close and felt like a conference tournament or March madness game. Really wish Akron wouldāve won but overall a pretty fun day of CBB

Same problems we usually have. Too many turnovers, getting double teamed at the rim, and not hitting shots. Gotta find away to fix that now!

Havenāt watched a ton of this game cause of the buckeyes but the lightning bolts are losing 28-49 to a pretty good Saint Maryās team. Just getting shut down offensively. 13 mins to go
