This Kent team had us in their heads and you could tell. Some crazy head scratching decisions. The Mahaffeys are the biggest game wreckers. They were causing problems all night. Getting Whaley back will help Kent but I feel like we didn’t shoot well overall. Let’s see if they can score 80 against us @ Kent if we’re back to normal. Barre being back was awesome. I feel like he could’ve been the difference against Miami

This just makes me want all Ohio MTE. There's 13 D1 teams in Ohio. I'm 99% sure Ohio State would chicken out, so you'd have a nice 12 team bracket. Dayton would probably be heavy favorites most years but the storylines would be extremely fun. Give us a great chance at big wins against Dayton, Cinci, and Xavier while also beating up the horizon. Put it in the Columbus area for fairness and I'd spend the weekend there for it.

It always helps switching to the student section side in the second half

Kent gives up a ton of turnovers. (About 14 a game) Need to take advantage of all of them

Really sucks this game ended up the same week as Kent. I’m sure a lot of people will choose Kent over this that don’t want to go to both. Roo blue night usually does pretty well and people know Toledo is usually good. We got hosed for home games this year by the conference scheduling

Definitely our most complete game. Ohio never fully gave up but the lead never got smaller than 14 and rubber banded back into the 20s. Loved seeing a performance like this and on the road too!!
