I empathize with you. I can't tell you how many times growing up I had to shovel the driveway... then start over again when I got to the end.
Thankfully we don't generally get nearly the snowfall that the snowbelt does. BUT RIGHT NOW WE ARE GETTING HAMMERED!!!
Because I lived in both Summit and the secondary snow belt. I always forget you guys don't get as much as we do.I don't know why you think it is constant. I always forget the rest of the county doesn't get the snow we do. -

I would be surprised if more than a few Bobcat fans show up tomorrow. Even a little snow is enough down here to make the roads unnavigable, and there's a lot people like me with midterms this week. Most Ohio fans will probably come from the area.I do have to say that the constant snow is one thing I don't miss about Summit County.

Show me the ranking that puts us at #2 in the nation.And look at some of the schools on that list. They're better schools than either us or you. The party reputation here is vastly overrated. There are people that come here to party, yes, but they learn quickly they will be gone if they don't get their academic stuff together. People party at every school, even BYU.I'm not going to say you're a bad school. You're not. I'm well aware of the strong programs you have, but I will take issue with you saying we're a crappy school whose students do nothing but party. We have a number of top-shelf programs here in Athens. The other guy was wrong to try and characterize you as the high school on the hill. I have quite a few friends that go there, and they don't think they're in 13th grade.There are problems here. We know it, you know it. There are problems at Akron, too. We'd all be better off trying to keep the state from cutting our funding together than fighting against each other.

Thing about the depth though is that it's something that will carry forward for the rest of the year and really worries me.A lot of people are throwing Bubba under the bus, but nobody wearing an Ohio uniform played well yesterday. I don't want to pin it on one guy.There were a lot of things that killed you today. Lack of depth is only one of them. -
The NIU-OU game didn't have a whole lot of impact on the RPI; you played both of us.Our guys pretty much played today like they did when you blew us out in 2005. That wasn't fun. The only bright side I can find is that it might force them to work that much harder for Tuesday.Or maybe the complete lack of depth is starting to kill us. I don't know.

They're nearly identical players, but I will say that Bubba's efficiency rating is noticeably higher than Dials': 12.3 to 10.4.The fans of one school doesn't like the guy from the other school, they're both solid, ballsy white guys. Honestly, if they were traded, would there be any difference?COME ON OU FANS !!! Dials beat him out for the starting job in Akron last year. And for good reason. Dials is better than Bubba in nearly every phase of the game. And if Dials was not on such a balanced team, he'd score many more points anyway. -

Oh boy. That was awesome. You got me there. How long did you wait to pull out that ace?So far as Tuesday goes... it's a lot more important for you than it is for us. If you don't Toledo Saturday, all we need to do is earn a three-way tie to get the #1 seed. You have to beat us if you want to win the regular season championship. You still have the flushes and RedHawks on the road; we have them at home. So if you win, I won't cry much over it. The pressure is all on you.
