  1. This is stupid. They know these games take a little more than two hours without OT
  2. It's my fault because I asked about the video feed!
  3. You spoke too soon. MSU is up.
  4. Where is the video feed? JUST KIDDING
  5. And about 2 minutes of total playing time. Give me a break.
  6. So lets see, since he has been here: Three straight championship appearances One conference championship One NCAA One NIT 20+ games each year And you don't think he is a dominant player?
  7. The teams with the highest RPI to miss the NCAA tournament: Team W-L RPI Marshall 20-13 43 UCF 20-10 54 Oral Roberts 27-6 55 Akron 21-11 56 Mississippi 20-13 57 Middle Tennessee 24-6 58 Northwestern 18-13 59 Miami 19-12 60 Seton Hall 20-12 61 Oregon 22-9 62 Drexel 27-6 64 Saint Joseph's 20-13 67 Nevada 24-6 68 Washington 21-10 70 Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't just about every one of these teams in the NIT?
  8. But is it a made foul shot or a made field goal? Because that's the game one way or the other.
  9. I agree, and Brian Walsh is also an A He is not a work in progress, he is a true Div I Major-Major player. He was all over the court and gave his all. I don't expect much if any improvement, he is a complete player. I also question your opinion of the coaching staff. It is possible they got the MOST out of what they had. There were some players in the MAC that were really better than anyone we had - or possibly have ever had. Cooper, Greene, Watt and a few others come to mind. Yes, our guys are more athletic and longer than teams in the past. But I am not so sure they were playing under their potential - they may have been playing above potential. We will have to see what the off season brings, since they are all (except Nik) returning next year. Hopefully Harney and Tree will develop - they both made too many bone headed plays this year. I particularly recall Tree having the ball ripped away a couple of times last night - he is one strong dude, that should never happen. And Harney with the travels - again, practice makes perfect. Overall I still give this team an A. They won the MAC and got the automatic bid to the NIT. OU knocked us out of the dance, but hey, between DJ and Baltic and Offut, they were a tough team, with (27) wins on the season! Success is not measured ONLY by going to the Dance - lets face it, we only lost 4 games in the MAC all year out of 18. Sadly, we lost one that counts big - the last one. By one freaking point. After TWO questionable calls at the end. So live with it, it was an A year.
  10. You complain about players from Can't and other schools not being good "sports" and now you go and do the same thing. OU won fair and square. More power to them. And people on TV still mention that they beat Georgetown. Which is only good for us as long as we stay in the MAC.
  11. Isn't that a pay to play tournament? Besides, the top 100 teams are already taken.
  12. I think he will stay. He is an awesome player, but at his size his pro prospects are somewhat limited. I say he stays for the sheepskin.
  13. 7 teams in a region would make it difficult to play 4 games each night!
  14. I'm glad Buffalo got something. They were damn good this year.
  15. McAdams will NOT redshirt. He was recruited all over the place as a DI QUARTERBACK. He is not going to sit on the bench at Akron. If we redshirt him he will bail out.
  16. Which means they didn't offer any scholarships. That hurts them down the road. If everyone returns, they won't have any freshmen to develop.
  17. Do not assume anything. Their opponent won't be going there to lose.
  18. You tell'em Mama! Seriously, I can't believe those folks saying "I don't care about the NIT". We have a real chance to advance in this tournament. Given a choice (that I don't have) I would take an NIT championship against a one and done NCAA bid any day.
  19. The Puerto Rico tourney next year should help put us there.
  20. There are some impressive teams in the NIT this year.
  21. Stony Brook and Seton Hall both in. Wish we were playing here!
  22. No, you have it wrong
  23. Why is that LOL?
  24. AMEN And welcome to NY. Hope to see you here at the Garden.
  25. I'll be watching and hoping for a NY area game.
