David Harvey will more than likely be signing with us tomorrow as well. he is a 05 high school graduate from pittsburgh and a 4star recruit. he didnt sign anywhere last year. so he will be elidgable to play in the fall. check him out.

if he would sign with us tomorrow i think he will be here when school starts in august. If his grades arent good enough he would be a prop, like Jose Cruz who also came from Bishop McDirvett as well. The MAC is one of the few conferences that allows their schools to take props. So if he does sign with us i see him leaving the prep school and coming here in the fall although he would not be able to play until the following season.

actually the white jerseys will have a different look this year because they decided to give all the white jerseys away to the players after the Motor City Bowl. So the plan is to change the white jersey up a littl bit. Think Carolina Panthers

pry can leave he doesnt do all that much. between JD and Moorhead we would lose nothing that pry brings to the table.

I agree with you racer that is a huge loss for BG. Yeah they have a QB that played a few games this year but he is definatly no omar jacobs.

i wouldnt doubt it would cost a lot to put a rough on a building that big. i have no idea how much it would cost but it has to be expensive. I was freezin my balls off at the Can't game but football in ohio is great outside no matter the temp.

yeah i went to high school with him. i really thought it would great for the program and for beanie if he came here. But if we all had the oppourtunity to go to Akron, USC, OSU, or Michigan i think Akron would be the last choice for all of us even though we do have a great facilities

I think it will still be at the field house. It is so more convinient and cost effective for the team to have it there than at the bowl. So i would expect it to be at the field again this season.

Definatly safe to say it will be announced in 06. Afew weeks ago we were close to have half of the money for the stadium. So once we get to half of the money needed there will be an announcement.

OK precipitation is possibly the dumbest person i have ever seen when it comes to football players. The kid is insane the only reason his numbers arent great is because of his line and the awful caoching of Bob Sax. Have you been to a garfield game to see him play, the line is consisted of guys under 5'9" and either are so fat they cant move or are extremly small. For having no support his numbers are absolutly amazing there is no other runningback in the country how could have had his numbers with the lack of talent around him. Delonte Carter will be a decent back for Syracuse but he is no chris wells. Tyrell is also a good back but again he is no chris wells. I hope you guys watched him today in the Army game and saw how he jus carried people into the endzone from 3 or for yards out. mind you there were at least 4 guys hang on him. And saw how fast he accelerates and hits a hole.And as for the official visit. he was notified about it but he did not come to anything except for the practice that was held that saturday. so you therefore cant count that as a visit.

I am pretty sure they are build the stadium into the ground. However im not sure if it will be as deep as Michigan. I dont think the dome will happen because of the money that will be involved to do it. The stadium will be right by the field house, so it will go from Union to Spicer and from Vine to Exchange. That mean no more Nash street for all you Nash lovers . The university has already been buying up the businesses there. Look for the actual stadium announcement to come sometime around Feburary.

I think there will be a 1AA team in our other game we need to fill. Now they count as wins toward bowl eligabilty so it would not a bad idea to have one on there.toledo will not be as tough as they were this year they will lose Gradkowski and it will be hard to replace him because is such a good QB. they will also lose their 2 best rb's so there offense will probably not be as good next season. They will still have a pretty decent year though.

The promotion is just like what JD did with Wallersted last year when he promoted him to Associate Head Coach. It gives the guy a raise so he will stay around longer. Pry doesnt call plays now so i dont really think that it will be much different. Oo and someone was saying that Pry might be interviewing for a job. Well i think he interviewed for Buffalo but he didnt get it.

I think the kicking game could actually be better next season. we have a solid place kicker that transfered from Wisconsin and will play next year along with sullivan's back this year. yes hildreth needs to improve but he will be a good punter. Also we have a recruit coming from Mentor with a pretty good leg. As for runningback we will be set with the Kennedy, alex Allen, and others. reciever will still be a good position for us with Arthur, Long, and look for the emergance of Jermaine Lindsey. The OL will develop and get better next season. Our defense will be better next season we are losing only white and rohr. Along with Elie who didnt play due to injury while we made our run. DB is where we will need to start recruiting bigger guys. we have quality players there now but they are just to small.

We will slaughter Toledo this coming season. I have heard a lot of talk about BC pulling out of the game. I have also heard talk of us trying to get out of the NC State game for next season but they wont let us pull out. and i cant remember if the Cincinati deal is 1 and 1 or 2 and 2.

So far it looks like Cruz will be playing for sure. There is a CB that had commited to a big school, but came to akron for the same reason as hieght, that has been with the team since the begining of the season. I havent heard anything about Terry since like the third week of the season. Also i havent heard much about marshall in a while but i believe he is still with us. But as for terry and hieght i havent heard much about since early in the season.
