Sad that Milwee and Co couldn't come up with something closer to pitch-and-catch for YAC to help Ramart stay out of trouble and stand a better chance at success. On this Election Day Tuesday the results are in from a match played earlier this afternoon between WMU and NIU ... WMU's result - a 3-1 win. NIU's result - a 1-3 loss. WMU moves on to Morgantown.

Nebraska travel expenses covered + one-MILLion dollars from USC = making lemonade out of lemons. 580-mile/8h40m down-and-back is SO tempting, especially in early December. Need to beat Eastern and BUGS so the USC game doesn't matter ... as much. Very cool with how everything worked out. A bowl game of sorts.

NIU over BYU 7-6 in Provo. Bowden and his little Wizard of O Milwee had better come up with a game plan that has plenty of YAC. NIU is VERY stingy against the run and has played a decent schedule. KN has got to put the ball on the mark including leading receivers better than he did today (just a little more loft please? Take notes from what Syracuse QB is doing to NC State in first quarter alone today). We have got to turn it up on offense if we expect to finish a run to bowl eligibility. Congrats to our D for another excellent effort today. They deserve better than they're getting from the O.
