20 minutes of lackluster play midway through the second half sealed the fate of this team.Anyone actually see the game or are we just drawing conclusions from the PSU gametracker?I followed on gametracker and would not categorize it as drawing conclusions. The game took place in the zips end with all the close stats, except fouls, going from even to lopsided. Some good chances after the psu goal and very good pressure in the ot's. Too late.

So would it make a difference if Akron pulled this one out in 2OT or won in regulation? In the eyes of the selection committee?I doubt much difference but a loss or tie would be devastating.
