I can't make out the light pole(s) on the stadium cams. Are they at least tight up against the back of the east stands? No. The first light up isn't seen on the cams. The second is where you see a crane on cam 3. The first pole is not tight to the stands and looks offset from the end of the stands. The crane looks dead center behind the east stands now. Looks like three to me.

They seeded across the street on Lee Jackson, not the stadium. FYI

Sun bar location currently being asphalted, second light standard awaiting lights to be erected, lot next to Nat closed and is being ground down today for repaving, lot behind rec center scheduled to close tomorrow for three weeks according to UA digest. If Nat lot isn't ground and paved today, I think that it will have to be delayed a bit.If the light standard was assembled where it will be erected, expect 4 lights behind the east stands. It's not sitting at the halfway point behind the stadium. It's possible they will move it when completely assembled to the center of the east stands. The third or third and fourth light towers will take some time because of the dorm building being in the way.

I believe one of the ads on the left is a Bud Light sign. It's ironic that no one in the lower or upper deck will be able to purchase the beverage! Make sure to clean up your Miller empties after tailgating. They're getting their moneys worth on that one! Miller should have tailgate specials when the Zips are home.

I'd imagine it will stay made out of the blue tarp thing. Aren't the speakers right behind it? Fabric makes sense because a plastic sign there would make the audio sound terrible.You are right. I thought the InfoCision sign was already on the scoreboard and they used a tarp to cover it for some unknown reason. It's covering the speakers like you stated.

I wonder if that's in the AP and USA Today polls?

I'd disagree with us jumping the gun. It could be we lit the fire under their collective brains and got them to show some urgency. There is a complete lack of communication coming from the whole athletic department. If they don't want to personally give updates, they could leak the information to certain ZN members to inform. I'd help them on that front.

On Lee Jackson on the corner of Brown and Exchange, they dug what looks like a small retention pond and finally smoothed it all out. I saw yesterday that they used that green colored seeding slurry to get the grass growing. The state uses it often in highway construction areas. It might be what they do with "the hill". This process has mixed results on steep grades.

At the top of the scoreboard where it says InfoCision Stadium, did they misspell it or use the wrong font or has it always been a cheap looking flapping blue plastic tarp? It definitely is covered over and I thought it originally was a back lit plastic sign. The backside has a www.gozips.com made of the same material. I imagine the rest of the street side will also be made this way.

Just took a drive by my new favorite building and saw them unloading the light standards for the east side. They look like the scoreboard poles (blue) with a large steel flange that bolts down. It appears to be in three sections, maybe four.

Can anybody identify the advertisers? Giant Eagle on the upper right is the only one clear to me on the cam.Pepsi and Montrose Auto Group lower right I think. Two more smaller above them, then the large Giant Eagle. I enlarged the pictures but the image is too distorted to tell.

I think the department lacks a sense of perspective. They likely think they're doing a bang up job, working long hours and coming up with great ideas. This delusion is likely due to no input from anyone outside the department. They should hang a banner above the doorway stating: Reality Is Nothing, Perception Is Everything!
