while i was driving around campus yesterday after the b ball game i saw the park by campus was torn down. is there any rumors about what will happen with the land? is the university interested in it?

i thought the rowdies did a great job! the only advice i'd give is for both ends of the court to do the same thing .... there were too many situations were one end was doing something different. perhaps hold up cards with numbers on them saying what to do next would work? with that said keep up the good work!!!!

you both are right.....they use a fb more than you think but it is still only about 35% of the time. with that said that is more than some programs in college football so it is a lot. reguardless he'll get some playing time but i don't think he will start next year unless he really improves.

gozips.com is reporting that akron has hired micheal dawson as the new linebackers coach. he comes via new hampshier were he served as linebackers coach as well as defensive coordinator. the line between dawson and coach brookheart is when brookheart was at pitt dawson served as a g.a. ....lets hope this guy recruits as well as the other assistants.

3.8k for attendence today? not bad! i did like the ak rowdies but they get a little tired at times. for the amount of students that were there they did a good job though. and how cool was it to see rasor wiff on 4 pitches from a ua softball pitcher! (still love ya!) my only complaint is with the generneral public at the games. they hardly ever stand and clap only when they have to. i am not saying that they jump up and down and make fun of bgsu players but should be a little more pro active. add that to the mix and our home court advantage will be even greater!

that will cost way too much.... we'd be looking at 5-7 years before we'd get a new arena. and judging from the mack rhodes interview it looks like that is what they'll do. his comments on the fact that there are no suites is telling and wouldn't be able to be placed into the jar. the best we can hope for is to win as much as possible and build a new arena asap!

good job rasor! i think that you got all you could out of a man that's only been on the job for 3 weeks. i am sure you will keep us updated. also, i think if you read between the lines it looks as if mack has big goals for the university!
