6'1" 225 LB from Pickerington North w/ 6 D1 offers
By his X feed it was difficult to tell who offered but it looked like us, Ohio, Miami, Toledo, KSUcks, YSU, and Gardner Webb. That's 7 so one of those schools didn't offer.
RJ Jones, G/F, 6-5, St. Ignatius HS, Cleveland, OH
Jashawn Ladd, G, 6-4, Ben Davis HS, Indianapolis, IN
Devan Christion, F, 6-9, Clark HS, Las Vegas, NV
Looks like we got our first verbal for '26. Yeboa Cobbold, Jr. An athlete from Philly. In his bio he listed his positions as DB/WR/QB. I'm gonna go ahead and list him as a DB in post #1.
It's interesting if you Google maps where DJ is from - Macomb, MI. Macomb looks like it must be the very last suburb to the north in the Detroit area. It looks like a pretty densely populated area but then there is nothing but farm land to the north.
Anyway, DJ is a Marshall transfer πͺ
Six wins & hypothetical bowl eligibility. Beat KSUcks & Ohio. Hate to say it but maybe the players are individually motivated to play well enough to go earn NIL somewhere else? This sucks.
Girls played two games yesterday: lost 9-1 to Ball State in the first game but beat CMU 8-1 in the second (elimination) game to make it to Day 2.
I believe the ladies play tonight at 5:30.
Just a reminder that Post #1 in this thread is up to date with all of this year's new commits.
35 commits in total
17 on offense (2 QB's)
17 on defense (8 DL)
1 specialist
JoeMo's a beast. The workload for a mid-major HC in this new portal era blows my mind. So let's get to a bowl πͺπ€πͺ
