Bowden mentioned in a presser not too long ago, just last month IIRC, that the staff focussed on NEO & western PA. After that they look to Florida. Toledo & Columbus are in play, but he said something about, with air travel, nowadays it's as easy, if not easier, to recruit Florida as it is southern Ohio.

@ZipWatcher, you can add SG LePear Toles. I believe LePear will be playing JUCO ball this year, then coming in next year as a sophomore. We're pretty log-jammed with this current freshman class. If I'm not mistaken, next season we're gonna have EIGHT sophomores??

Larry Williams hit a home run in hiring John Groce & Larry Williams is a football guy. He's likely already got his short-list of candidates on speed dial; might be looking for a reason to give his #1 a call. Bowden's in Save-His-Job mode. I have full confidence in Larry Williams. Heck, #5 YSU just beat #4 South Dakota State last night. Bo Pellini's only 45 minutes away.
