Yes. This year I was fully expecting us to win 6 games, finish 3rd in the MAC East (behind OU & Miami), and gain bowl eligibility. With that expectation, I was also prepared to take a step back next year as we would be watching a young Wassel take his lumps and fight through growing pains being a Redshirt Freshman starting QB. But not now. We can't patiently wait for Wassel to develop. We need to win next year.
