How can the ABJ have photos up from the Hoban/St Vs girls basketball game and EMU@Ohio State for basketball but nothing from this game? Do they not think the community is interested? Idiots.

Funny. I was just told that "Direct TV doesn't carry that channel" by the fine folks at Barley House. It's a shame I have to patronize them just because I want to see the band playing there. Losers.

To me, it looked like Zeke was being sent a message. A lot of folks don't think we matched up well with APB with him in the middle. I respectfully disagree. I watched the game from GA, and for the entire second half, Zeke sat at the far end of the bench. It seems as if something went on during halftime and coach told him he wouldn't be playing the second half regardless of what happened. I guess we'll never know and we'll have to see how things go with both Humpty and Zeke on Sunday vs Niagara.

According to what they said on the radio, someone chose to clobber him, rather than just foul. I don't know if he hit the floor, but lets just say UNNECESSARY ROUGHNESS.oops, wrong sport.Interesting. Well, after the game was over Hitchens charged over to the APB bench and was in the face of one of the coaches. He had to be pulled away by teammates and eventually be told to go to the locker room by UAPD. Everyone was very fired up.

Anyone have any info for what caused the blowup at the end of the game?For those not in attendance or listening, Humpty had a near mental breakdown at the end of the game and had to be restrained by a member of the UAPD. I'm not sure what caused the animosity, other than a hard foul on Humpty with just 2.4 seconds left in the game. Any info would be appreciated.

The rationalization (from the MAC) is that because the MAC championship is the following Friday (which is stupid in it's own right), every team has to play the Friday after Thanksgiving. Another idiotic decision from our conference.

I think CMU handles NIU in their last game of the season, and BG handles Toledo at home. BG goes bowling at 7-5 over NIU.

On that note, anyone else hear that K-ent starting QB Spencer Keith sustained a serious injury in the 3rd quarter? Apparently injured his throwing arm following a sack. That's unfortunate, hopefully it's not that bad. I look forward to 3 more years of Nicely vs Keith.

Just took a gander at what Vegas thinks, and they have the Zips -1 to -1.5. I find that surprising on a neutral court. Hopefully Coach D cleared some of those issues up in the rotation.

That there was a downturn in recruiting. When Jeff was here, we were being considered by guys like JD Weatherspoon and Adreian Payne. National prospects going to title contenders. Euton will be a very good player in the MAC, but he's just not on the level that those guys are supposed to be. Maybe he'll turn out to be way better than any of those guys, but on paper it's just not the same.I don't really know anything about Ennis, so I can't compare him.Speaking of Mr. Payne, after all the hoopla of OSU/Akron/Memphis, did anyone else notice he committed to Michigan State? A team that wasn't even listed back when he was considering Akron. Weird. I for one am very excited to see Mr. Euton in blue and gold. He appears to have the game to compliment Zeke by stretching the floor.
