and I for one would rather see a bowl than a horse shoe. we are trying to create our own identity away from OSU and having a stadium with the same format as theirs wouldn't help IMO

ok heres the big question. who to we write to so we can express our feelings about this and not just sit here and cry about it

either way we had alot more people than we thought we were going to and that in its self is pretty awsome

I'm currently in the band and I just wanna say that it's gonna be fun marching with you guys again.

I think it's time for all of us to go out there and rally the troops, let everyone know that we aint done yet

Come one guys! now I know that the game we saw agains Can't sucked but our Season isn't over yet. I see everyone on here talking about what great fans they are and I've believed every word of it but now it's time to show it. this is when our team needs us the most we need to let them know that we are still behind them and will be no matter what happens. now I don't want to preach to you guys about being a good fan because all of you are if you weren't a good fan you probably wouldn't be on this site posting everyday. the thing we need to do as a zipsnation is go out and find those people on the fence. the people that only show up if we are winning, the people who go to the games because their friends are going the people that leave at half time. I for one feel that now that we have lost to Can't State a reality has hit us square in the jaw we are going to see a new Zips Football team. One that will play all 4 quarters and play them all with heart. I want to end on a good note for you guys. I have seen alot of people on this board talking about sticking true to the Roo and all that and it makes me proud to see other die hard fans. I also want to give alot of props to Bleacher Bum. Sir I have never met you but I always see you at the games wearing that crazy blue wig that is in your picture here on Zips Nation. when I looked over from the band stands into our Fan stands during the finla seconds of the Can't-Akron Game I saw you still standing there waving your flag (or atleast I hope that was you if no this post is gonna be really weired) I think that is what all of our fans should strive to do. stay till the very end and cheer for your team no matter what the score is.

fact of the matter is we are still the defending MAC Champs. I don't care what happened today, I was there I saw it and it sucked. we need to get that hunger back and we need the fans to be there. this is when the fans true test will come. yes we lost to Can't and yes ot sucked but this is the time that our team needs us the most so lets back them up!

first of all I agree that it was dumb of people to try to brake the bleachers, at the same time I also realize that it was tough not to break the bleachers. I absolutly loved all of the students being next to the marching band. we would play a song and you guys would dance or we would do a cheer and you guys would join in. it was the first time in my 3 years in the band that I felt a connection between the students in the band and the students in the A-K Rowdys. last, if we are going to be away from our team atleast sit us right behind the other team for a little psycological warfare

but she's still home and I will always hold a special place in my heart for her.

I would like to see a stadium that fits 300,000 people with a dome restraunts, bars, strip joints, ball pits, kids centers, work out area for the marching band , monkeys, and a gun range where you can shoot at turkeys in Can't State gear. but I would be happy with a 30,000 expandable stadium that doesn't look like an antique

I really wish Akron with stick with the Bowl thing. to me the two big bleachers with seates in the endzones is just a glorafied high school stadium, a Bowl on the other hand says "College"

if things were reversed and we were the winning team we probably wouldn't be talking about you guys right now and looking ahead to a great week at the rubber bowl (finaly)

This game is going to be the bands in the bowl game where all of the high school bands come and play along. I don't know if they will count all of them (1,000 +) or not but eather way the parents will come to watch there kids on a "big college" field so make sure to count that into your predictions.

ok so everyone does know that if you are in America "wich we all are" and you say Football people are gonna think you are talking American Football. that being said yes I'm sure we will hand OSU (Ohio State not Oregon State) an easy loss
