I feel like there's two different discussions going on here. One for those who believe student attendance is negligible, and one for those who believe students are there, but the student section is lacking. I'm under the assumption that attendance has been good, but I haven't heard much since the Coastal Carolina game one way or the other in terms of numbers. If anyone knows how student attendance has been, it would help.

Only one end is for students. I'm not there anymore, but I'd wager that the end that is students is full of the old rowdies. The student attendance has been good, they're at the games, just scattered about and up top. That's why I say make them all sit together. We'd have a very nice sized student section most games. Pick up your ticket the week of the game, and open a section or two for higher priced GA if it isn't going to fill up with students.

I understand the argument of not wanting to move donors/people that pay good money, but you need to take care of your students, the future donors and alums. We have a crappy alumni base when it comes to supporting our teams, something needs done to change it. Plus, a great student section makes it more fun for the rest the fans.

Make the student section in the lower bowl, require all students sit in it, and don't let non-students in. Put some temp bleachers in corners, and have the band in one of the corners.

We've had this discussion before. Student attendance has been very good the past two seasons.

The student section will never work with the way the seating is set up.

There are more students on campus during the week than the weekend, sadly.

MAC schedule leaked. They took the page down.. But unless there are changes we have 4 or 5 straight Tuesday night games in November/December. Two MAC games on each Tuesday starting in November, with one being selected for ESPN2 and the other on ESPN3

This may come as a surprise but we aren't going to win many games when Tree and Q have 4 combined points. They're doubling Tree as soon as he touches it.. Hopefully KD adjusts and gets him the ball off a screen, or Tree can start finding the open man quicker. I'm afraid to say anything negative about Q so I just suppose I'll say I hope he has a better second half.

In the long run, it really helps this team to have Big Dog, Kwan and to an extent Deji get some experience during this stretch. If we can tread water and stay in the top 4, I really like where we're at if Jake and Reggie can contribute at the Q.

I thought they announced 14 days? Which is dumb, imo, as concussions aren't really a "set" recovery time.

I think we're all in agreement we'd be in a lot of trouble without Q this year. Alex or no Alex. I'm glad he's back doing what he loves and finishing his degree.
