    While he technically played 5 years, year one was basically mop up walk on duty, so there's no real asterisks to his counting stats imo which is nice.

    I've gotta say, the MAC is pure trash this year. I used to tell myself and whoever would listen that it's some good hoops and deserves some more love. We've had some ranked teams and little tourney runs over the past decade or so even after the 90s glory days. But this year, it's Horizon league quality. Bummer

    We're witnessing arguably the greatest Zips basketball player of all time and a program that has consistently been at the top of the MAC for like 20 years. People don't seem to give a damn and it makes no sense. Yes the JAR sucks and yes a 9 pm game is brutal. But this team deserves so much better.

    I was thinking about this. And it's not to be too negative - I'll take this over the football team 101 times out of 100, but Zips basketball is kinda like groundhog day a little.
