Apparently, Rivals just recallibrated their ranking system, because we dropped from around 200 points down to 80 points without losing a single recruit. And people here still wonder whether their rankings are biased as to whether the students commit to BCS schools.

Kid:Was it an ad that UA purchased or just a promo ESPN was running for the game? It was definetely something UA purchased and produced. It encouraged people to go to the game, rather than watch it on TV.

I was just watching ESPN Sportscenter, when to my great suprise, a Zips basketball commercial comes on advertising the WMU game on ESPN2! I am truly amazed at this, as it is the first legitimate TV advertisement I have seen on a channel that I know people actually watch. I understand it is only broadcast in the local area, but this is a good step foward for Marketing and hopefuly the start of something even better.

This has been one crazy day in football recruiting. Some of I saw coming, other things are a complete suprise to me. The more DL recruits, the better.

I think the team played well in spite of Dru's foul troubles and the bad officiating. They have to be able to play with out Joyce and Travis. If not, then we will be in trouble when the tournament comes around.

Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if the South-end Rowdies weren't the only ones making any noise at all. The North-enders looked confused and generally just not into the game except on a few occassions. The same can be said for the Reserved section, who lived up to their name; they acted very reserved. The GA was filled with little kids, due to the Sunday afternoon matinee scheduled time.
