He’s certainly progressed for us as we’d hoped last week. We’re preparing him to be ready to play.” The use of the words "available" and "ready to play" make me think how he will be used. I know nothing, just interpreting, and possible overthinking a small blurb.

I agree with this one. Remember when coach Bowden showed up at the basketball game and screamed BEAT KENT the minute he got here? Loved that. The other difference I see will be the lack of the Florida recruit. Coach Bowden had some great connections in Florida that landed some of our best athletes. Go Zips!

No disrespect, but I disagree. Kato is out there leading by example. He has come a long way. I would bet every teammate would back his effort. Dude is giving up his body. He probably won't be able to start next week, so you will be able to see what the offense looks like without him.

Anybody know how many sacks the Zips had today? I'm pretty sure we have a winner @zippyfan34 and @blueandgold both guessed neither QB would throw for 290+ and the score difference. @blueandgold guessed no sacks, and @blueandgold guessed 1-2, but I don't see a box score that indicates the total. I remember Jest jumping on the QB, not sure they counted it as a sack?
