I'll give credit where credit is due. You called it GZ. I am very disappointed in the effort that was shown on defense last night. Such a wasted opportunity to continue in this tournament. I thought this tournament was going to help out our coaching staff, I was wrong again. I'm going to quit expecting our staff to come up with game plans to match opponents. My gawd, we could have scored 70 points in the paint last night if we wanted to. We should have won that game by 12 points and had two of their guys foul out with 5 minutes left in the game. They actually outscored us in the paint!?!? PS I was dying to hear KD talk to French last night. Another disappointment. Although I'm pretty sure CK can type up a script of how it would have went and be 92 percent correct. At least KD got his salary bonus for winning 20 games this season.

I almost chose BG to play intramural hockey...until I saw the dorms and campus. I would have never made the trip if Akron had a rink.

The good thing is that Dish & Direct TV carry it, so any bar should be showing for those of you stuck in the monopoly that is Time Warner. Having it in HD is just awesome. It's better than being there when you can watch it on a 9 foot movie screen.

After watching the games last night on HDNET, I'm into it. HDNET did a good job. This looks like the tournament we belong in. I'll be there tonight. PS Can Akron sign a contract with HDNET to show all their away games? Football & basketball. Looks like Mark Cuban figured it out.

I don't think that is a fair comparison due to the suspension of your starting QB the day before the game. If I could magically take PN16 today, and place him in that game as your starting QB, I think we have a 50/50 chance against IU (even with that crud defensive scheme). I'll go to my grave believing that, and it will take an in person apology from CJ himself to forgive that let down of a day. I respect GP1's laugh-o-meter more than the RPI, so I'll have to go with that for now. Remember, he who laughs last, laughs the loudest. TBD.

You hit the nail on the head there ZiPPer. I would have liked to been in those huddles to see what exactly was called. Seems we had very little movement on those plays. Where were the picks? On the other hand, we were lucky OU had the same problem. I thought it was a great game last night. Kids played with intensity and poise. They looked like a team that belonged in that game.
