Good post. As a bonus, it only took 6 replies for someone to mention that OU is the "class" of the MAC.
After everything that has happened over the past week, "class" is the last word that comes to mind when I think about this rivalry.

Akron has also been mentioned multiple times during the broadcast when Memphis' winning streak was discussed.

You know what though, it is possible he was expressing the same frustration many of us felt since Ohio beating Belmont would have helped the Zips at-large case.
Perhaps you're right. He also apparently underestimated how closely OU fans have been following/trolling Akron twitter accounts. That tweet was brought to DJ Coopers attention within a matter of hours.

You will notice there is a "chat" feature on bobcatattack.com. The game threads never get much play because people post in the chat during the games.
There was about 40 pages for the Akron game thread earlier this season. I guess Akron is just that popular.

OhioU shot 6-24. Honestly I would have rather seen them shoot lights out, then go cold against us. Don't think they can shoot that poorly two games in a row, since that's their game...shoot.
Good defense had something to do with that.

6 turnovers for Akron, OU is shooting 60%+ from behind the arc, and we're only down 11 at half.
This team needs to mentally regroup and just play their game. If that happens, I like our chances.
